We own and manage land across England and Wales for a number of different tenants. AQ Property Management aims to promote the wise use of land, aiding its design, maintenance and management in a productive, cost effective, environmental and responsible manner.

We offer a managed land service designed to make each site as useful, secure, and practical as possible. We assess location, access and demand, set clear boundaries and permitted uses, and put sensible controls in place (layout, access rules, upkeep and security). The aim is simple: tenants get a straightforward, well-run space that works for their needs, and the site stays organised, compliant and reliable long-term.

- No illegal activity or anything that would break council planning regulations
- We reserve the right to refuse / terminate for breaches
- Regular communications with the company regarding the plot and tenancy to ensure all is well
- Follow all terms set out on contract of tenancy
Pricing
Each plot of land we own and manage is unique with its own set of characteristics and qualities. Combined with the unique usage of each plot by our tenants. makes the pricing unique.
Payment is usually to be made on a weekly or monthly basis in accordance with the terms of tenancy unless stated otherwise.
