The current Business Rates revaluation period came into effect on 1^st April 2023, resulting in the sharpest rise in rateable values in over a decade for businesses. This increase is due to recalculations aimed at recovering government pandemic spending through business grants and relief schemes.

We specialise in reducing Business Rates, resulting in heavily reduced payments and a backdated refund of overpayments. We have corrected Business Rates across all industries and unlocked council rebates for 1000s of businesses.  

Once your business rates have been formally altered by the VOA, they will then inform your local billing authority (council) of the changes made and a revised rates bill along with a refund of any overpayments will be arranged an sent to company account with the changes also being reflected onto future rates payments.
